Snails win Bronze medal
This year at the 2006 Royal Sydney Fine Food Show SBA won a bronze medal for our snails.
“A medal from a Sydney Royal Competition is a sign of quality. It is a guarantee to the consumer that the product has been independently judged by a highly qualified panel and found to be of high standard and is therefore a product they can trust. Consumers can be absolutely confident that a Sydney Royal medal indicates a product of the highest quality with an outstanding combination of characteristics with flavour, taste and balance as the primary features”
Ms. Lynden Milan,.

More acclaim for our presentation
“We would like to commend the Snails for presentation, ingenuity and
packaging.”
Judges Comment.
“To have been awarded this medal is the highlight of the years of
hard work we have put into the creation of this industry. The prestige and
status that comes with this award confirms our commitment to proceed and
to continue improving the quality of snail meat and the confidence to
take our product to Australia’s finest Restaurants, Lover’s
of Fine Food and the oversea market. It is a great achievement and
marketing tool for both Snails Bon Appetite and the Hunter Valley region.”
